Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain you during that period.

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, GlobalTrust MCSL maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
