Shipping Information
Everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
📦 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
🚚 Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the date your order ships. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
🇺🇸 Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. APO/FPO addresses may require additional transit time.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to follow your package through the carrier’s tracking portal.
Additional Shipping Notes
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.
- Shipping delays may occur during high-volume periods (holidays, sale events) or due to carrier disruptions beyond our control.
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please allow 1–2 additional business days before contacting us, as carriers sometimes scan items early.
- We ship physical storage products only — shoe boxes, stackable sneaker display cases, and closet organization bins. No footwear is sold or shipped.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement shipment or store credit depending on the situation.
