GlobalTrust MCSL, operated by Dope Kicks La, LLC, is a US-based e-commerce retailer specializing in physical shoe storage boxes, stackable clear sneaker display cases, and plastic closet organization bins. We do not offer financial services, trust management, investment advice, or any form of consulting. All products sold through this Site are tangible, physical storage and organization goods.

We sell storage solutions only. Footwear, apparel, or any other merchandise displayed in product photography is strictly for styling context and is not included in any order.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• A flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 applies to all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.
• Sales tax may be applied where required by applicable law.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion — including cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Dope Kicks La, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.
