Returns & Refund Policy

At GlobalTrust MCSL, we stand behind the quality of our shoe storage boxes, stackable display cases, and closet organization bins. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right. Please read the guidelines below so we can resolve your request as quickly as possible.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
  • Items that show signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for a full refund.
  • We do not accept returns on items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.
  • Footwear is not sold by GlobalTrust MCSL — only the physical storage products listed in our store are covered by this policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your submission and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
  3. Securely repack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship them back using the instructions provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the refund status within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping charges of $4.99 are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a confirmed product defect. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we provide a prepaid label.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original (subject to eligibility) and place a new order through our store.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that have been assembled, used, or altered
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our team
